A golden sour with tropical notes and a delicious, bottle-conditioned body. This balanced, fresh-fruit packed pour is tart and bubbly with a lingering apricot juiciness.

Sample at the taproom during the "Apologize Less / Skin & Bone Double Release" event on 04/20/2018. Cloudy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of tart apricot, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of apricot, mildly funky yeast, lemon and doughy malt. The finish is tart with an apricot aftertaste. Good beer all around.
