On tap at Ology - Tampa, pours jet black with a small brown head. Aroma is full of rich bourbon barrels, deep roast, iron, and some vanillin. Flavour is extremely rich, with intense wood, roasted malt, big bourbon, and light vanillin. Rich, rounded, and impeccably aged. Wonderful.

23/XII/25 - on tap, shared with the misses @ Hôp[i] taproom (Lille), BB: n/a (2025-1468)
Clear dark brown to black beer, solid creamy dark brown head, unstable, falls down eventually, non adhesive. Aroma: very oxidized, lots of soy sauce, deep dark roast, more oxidation notes, caramel, some roasted pecans, hint of maple syrup, dark chocolate notes, coffee. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet and sugary start, alcohol, good roast, very oxidized, malty, caramel, dark chocolate, some vanilla, lots of alcohol, a bit sugary. Aftertaste: gentle yet profound roast, no harshness but very present, caramel, some vanilla, more alcohol, a little bitter, very oxidised, sherry and port notes, some whisky, more alcohol, deep roast, some coffee, maple syrup, a bit earthy, woody, toasted pecans, nice one!
