The Arsosala release focuses on carefully selected beans from the southern highlands of Ethiopia, roasted for us by Bagira Coffee.

This lot is characterized by the complex flavor profile of washed heirloom arabica varieties grown at 1800-1900 meters in the Guji region. It is dominated by notes of dried lime and green tea, along with the unmistakable aroma of bergamot.

Exoplanet: Arsosala builds on the refined flavour profile of Bagira coffee, complementing those citrus and green tea notes with a slight almond sweetness and a gentle, refreshing mint finish.
