This wheat ale brewed with a spontaneous culture harvested from the high plains of Denver by James Howat. RIP Black Project. Aging in our funk filled puncheons for a few years. Aromas of bright oak and gooseberries flood your senses before you dive into the tartness. Finishing smooth with hints of vanilla and soft malts.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2025, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of Cheerios and rustic saison yeast. Flavour is pure THP—massive Cheerios bomb—with rustic saison yeast underneath. Lots of Cheerios off-notes. Not good.
