Our Tropical Stout, less common as a style, is very dark but sweet and fruity, moderately strong with a light smooth, roasty flavour and no burnt harshness. Expect moderate chocolate and coffee notes and extremely low hop characteristics. Most commonly drunk in hotter climates, this makes for a great summer dark beer. The tropical notes all come from a carefully chosen mix of 5 different speciality malts.
