Poured from a corked 750ml bottle. Kindly shared by Cunningham at a session with him, Finn, and Leif Longva. Short-lived white head, near clear yellowish body, poor lacing. Mid-dry aromas of apples and farmyard. Apples up front to the taste buds, hints of yeast. Prolonged finish. Refreshing and quite okay. (Tromsø, 05.09.2025).

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Trøndersk Matfestival. 2023 vintage. Very clean apple aroma and flavor. Yellow apple and some grape. Refreshing and a nice first encounter with this new cidery. 747413 250731
