A traditional Belgian Dubbel was brewed with pilsner malt, a plethora of Belgian dark crystal malts and traditional candi sugar to give it that much needed bubblegum snap.

Draft. Brown body with red highlights. Fizzy tan head, lasting. Light aroma of roast and basement mustiness, candy. The flavor is moderately sweet and lightly bitter. It finishes lightly sweet and lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, velvety texture, lively carbonation. Muted taste. Missing is the big maltiness, the dark fruits and the lightly musty aftertaste of classic dubbels.
