Bouteille 375ml, gracieuseté d'Adamsville, Merci Dominique! Couleur jaune paille translucide, mousse blanche fugace laissant un anneau sur les parois du verre. Arôme de levures sauvages, boisé, balsamique blanc, pomme verte, paille. Goût de levures sauvages, agrumes, boisé, acidité moyenne-faible, amertume moyenne-faible. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen-faible.

Draft at Salud. Hazy yellow color. Light citrus aroma. Taste is lightly tart lemon, lots of tannins, puckering finish.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Slightly hazy orange color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of tart fruit, funky yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of tart citrus, funky yeast, herbal hops and malt. The finish is moderately sour and oaky with a lemony aftertaste. Good beer overall.
