It's not our first venture into the realm of cocktail beers, and it won't be our last. We love these. The new thing with this, which we hadn't nailed before, is the sweetness. A lot of cocktails have that perfect balance between sweet and sour. A balance is not easily replicated in a beer. However, we've done it!
