Lemongrass, maybe a little stone fruit, champagne, light funk. Bittersweet taste, some vinous white grape, with medicinal bitterness later on. Well-attenuated finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Very nice!

Can thanks to my bro. It pours slightly hazy yellow - blonde with medium fluffy white head. The aroma is quite champagne like, zingy, zippy, damp grain, must, peaches & cream, mango, sherbet, gooseberry, tangfastics, grass, hay and dull funk. The taste is firmly dry, firm, toasty grains, bitter - sweet, hay, grass, must, damp grass, leafy, some spice, gooseberry, touch of tinned peach, mango, tannin and champagne vibes with a drying finish. Average body and moderate + foamy carbonation. Taste is not as vibrant as the aroma. Fun stuff.

Draught @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light brett, hay. Flavor is light bitter, malt, brett, hay, light citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. 010925
