Our most ambitious beer ever, as a collaboration with Burning Sky, the base Big Foam recipe was blended with kegs of Saison Provision in the whirlpool for flavour and acidity, fermented long and cold with lager yeast, brettanomyces, and Nelson Sauvin hops. The aroma bursts with juicy tinned peaches, zippy lemon, fresh bread crust and the bitterness of an Italian amaro. A crazy, very special, lager beer.

440ml bottle bought as part of a delivery from Raynville Superstore and drunk at home. Light gold and clear with a small ring of white head. Lemongrass, maybe a little stone fruit, champagne, light funk. Bittersweet taste, some vinous white grape, with medicinal bitterness later on. Well-attenuated finish. Light body with medium carbonation. Very nice!

Can thanks to my bro. It pours slightly hazy yellow - blonde with medium fluffy white head. The aroma is quite champagne like, zingy, zippy, damp grain, must, peaches & cream, mango, sherbet, gooseberry, tangfastics, grass, hay and dull funk. The taste is firmly dry, firm, toasty grains, bitter - sweet, hay, grass, must, damp grass, leafy, some spice, gooseberry, touch of tinned peach, mango, tannin and champagne vibes with a drying finish. Average body and moderate + foamy carbonation. Taste is not as vibrant as the aroma. Fun stuff.

An interesting hybrid style that I really enjoyed, despite not liking saisons. Great stuff!

440ml can. Pours bright pale gold with a small head. Aroma is sweet, with bread, straw, lemon and apple. Very rustic. Taste has sweet straw and apple to start, with a limey, bready finish.
