Cask Aged IPA featuring the streetwise USA sourced trio, Belma, Mosaic and Chinook. Fruity orange, pineapple, strawberry and melon characters, spice and pine notes and a clean grapefruit bitterness.

Cask at the St Albans beer festival 2025. A clear pale gold coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is light grains, lemon rind, grass, straw. Light tang on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, juicy melon, mixed citrus, grass, pear. Resinous hop. Assertive hop bitterness. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, good cask condition. Drinks well.

Gravity cask at the 28th St Albans Beer Festival, 26/09/25.
Clear golden blonde topped with a frothy just off white cap formed of bubbles.
Nose is mellow tropicana, grass, guava, tangerine.
Taste comprises melon, papaya, mandarin, orange zest, light breads.
Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close splashed with balanced juicy hop bitterness.
Another tidy cask IPA from Oakham.

cask at the cloisters ...golden amber ...small off white head ...soft sweet caramel floral fruit nose ..juicy caramel custardy fruit ...Light dry citrus finish

Cask at Cloisters. Pours clear golden with a thick white head. Gentle carbonation. Aromas of tropical fruit and resin. Taste adds biscuit and orange. Bitter finish.

Clear and golden with a frothy / creamy white head and a soft fleshy fruit aroma, hints of melon and grape. Light to medium bodied, a touch chewy with light fruity malt, a zingy little kick, hops and grapefruit bitterness and a dry finish
