Double IPA brewed in collaboration with Long Live Beerworks. This beer combines a soft, sponge-cake-like malt base with a burst of juicy, expressive hops.
Built on a foundation of Pilsner, wheat, and Heidelberg malts, it delivers a bright, lightly grainy character. Chit malt and oats (both flaked and malted) add body, creaminess, and that signature cake-like fluffiness.
The hop profile is a layered explosion: citrusy-tropical Citra meets berry-forward Strata (strawberries and wild strawberries flavors), with an extra punch of tropical Krush. Whirlpool additions of Citra T90 pellets and Incognito extract provide deep, saturated hop flavor.
Hop Cake is multidimensional – pillowy yet bold, smooth yet full of personality. A true hop-forward dessert.
