Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, tart and citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish with a soild dose of salt. 200816

Getrunken aus der Flasche im Glas bei Berlin Beer Academy. Gelb/Gold trüb, sehr schaumig. Aroma: wie kaltes Fleisch beim Metzger, Apfelmost, Hefe. Geschmack: sauer, Milchsäure, trocken, etwas salzig. Ein bisschen Cidre. Etwas rauchig
