Bottle shared at Danish Ratebeer Gathering Ulfborg 2016, Day 2. Hazy golden with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, lemon, tart light fruit and wheat. Flavour is light moderate sour. Light bodied with light carbonation. [20-08-2016]

Bottle 750ml. @ The Danish (Ulfborg) Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, TNO(U)DRBSG16 @ fonefan & Brugmasia House. [ As Brewbaker / Freigeist GipfelWeisse ].Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, tart, rubber, light to moderate yeasty, berliner yeast - rubber. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart, rubber, citric, pale malt, salty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160820]

Sampled from bottle @ Danish Ratebeer Gathering 2016, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, small white head. Aroma is quite faint, don’t get much more other than wheat and straw. Taste is very sour, unripe fruits, a bit salty perhaps. Too sour to enjoy for me.

Bottled at TNOD(U)RBSG2016. Almost clear pale golden, minimal head. Lemony juicy nose. Dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Juicy tangerine and lemon, some grainy malt. Quite acidic. No bitterness.

Sampled @ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2016, Saturday, Day 2 75cl bottle. Pours almost clear pale golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of tart fruits, pale malt, herbs. Taste of tart pale fruits, salt and herbs, interesting!
