A tribute to one of will's all-time favourite and one of the first recipes he brewed at Pastore. This dry-hopped sour is loaded with Yakima Chief’s Citra Hyperboost and a generous hit of lemon and lime juice. Zingy sharp and no lactose, so Soph can happily sink a few pints too.
Allergens: Malted barley, wheat, oats (gluten).

Hazed golden yellow topped with a lasting white head.
Nose is citric sherbets, lemon zest, grass, herb, damp straw, balsa wood.
Taste comprises lemon rind, grass, lime cordial, herb, big fuck off lime twang.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light puckering edge spattered with dusty hops.
Tidy refresher.
