Can from Against The Grain. Hazy pale golden body with an off-white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemon zest and minerals. Flavour of melon rind, lime and chalky wheat. Thin to medium body with a slick mouthfeel - quite unusual compared to the full, frothy mouthfeel of other wheat beers. Soft fizz. Crisp and well balanced. I kept wanting to take another drink.
