We took our beloved house Cream Ale and added over 100 Snickerdoodle cookies directly to the mash!! All of the cookies were completely dissolved into solution. Midwestern grains and corn provide a perfect light base. Biscuit malt adds some extra breadiness and natural cinnamon was added to give it just a little added boost.
