Ein historisches Rauchbier aus dem Posener Land, neu interpretiert. Gebraut mit Schlenkerla Weizen Rauchmalz und aromatischem Lubelski Hopfen ist das Schlenkerla nach Grätzer Art ein leicht rauchiges, süffiges Bier mit fein perlender Carbonisierung und moderatem Alkoholgehalt.
Historyczne wędzone piwo z regionu poznańskiego w nowej interpretacji. Warzone ze słodu pszenicznego wędzonego w browarze Schlenkerla oraz aromatycznego chmielu Lubelskiego. Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a neat and lacing white head with good retention. Distinct smoky aroma perhaps paired with some yeastiness. Light in body perhaps but a very smooth mouthfeel. Those fatty, smoked salami notes just gets heavier the deeper you get into the beer. Very little bitterness. 080126

0.5l bottle many thanks to Lore. Opaque golden body with a long lasting white head. Smoky notes in the aroma with some hay and some doughy yeast. Taste of smoked ham, bready malts, hay and slight citruses. The thin body and the lively carbonation makes the beer feel a bit thin. Fine, but I had better beers from this brewery to be honest.

It would be hard to find more character in a beer of this strength. Gorgeous and clean smoke character, lean ham, mellow pale campfire notes, a little biscuit, hay. Light bodied. Super clean finish, lingering dry smoke, candied ham. Excellent.

kolor złoty, lekko opalizujący, piana biała, obfita, drobna, raczej trwała. zapach umiarkowanie intensywny, zimny bukowy dym, lekko słonawe nuty wędzone, drożdże szampańskie, jasne słody, lekka kruszonka w tle, całość dobrze zgrana, czysta. w smaku lekkie, wytrawne, ale nie puste, zimny słony dym liściasty, spora mineralność, lekkie jasne słody, herbatniki i kruszonka, w tle drożdże szampańskie, lekkie nuty naftowe, odrobina delikatnych ziołowych chmieli. goryczka niska, ale zaznaczona, dymna, fenolowa, minimalnie drożdżowa krótka. w ustach lekkie, bardzo pijalne. nasycenie wysokie.

Beer Love: pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is smokey, lightly lactic, burnt wood, little wheaty and a tas grassy. Taste is smoky, lightly bitter, especially at the finish. Body pretty nice in spite of small size.

Smoke and light lemon. Pours clear golden with pretty good head and lacing. Light smoky bitter end. Good for style. Tap at Churchkey.

Bottled 500ml. -at Schlenkerla Bamberg. Unclear golden coloured, medium sized airy off-white head, smokey and light herbal nose. Smokey bacon, bready, moderate carbonation and mild salty touch with smokey finish. Pleasant.
