Bottle sample at Prairie Rose, pours a clear dull yellow. Aroma reveals a really nice mix of roasted pineapple and chipotle peppers. Flavour is really wonderfully constructed, with roasted pineapple and chipotle. Medium sweet, with a roasted pineapple and lightly spicy finish. Very good.

Sample at the source. Clear golden color. Aroma of light pepper flesh. Pineapple up front in the taste, pepper is subtle, no heat.
