Demi: “Tell me what you want, what you like, it's okay
I'm a little curious too.”
Us: Oh this is fun! Um, we kinda want something a little malty, lower in alcohol and bitterness, with some lemony/peachy/green tea hop character.
Demi: “Tell me if it's wrong, if it's right, I don't care. I can keep a secret, can you?”
Us: Ahhh is this wrong? Wrong enough to keep it a secret? We know craft beer has evolved away from the slightly sweeter malt character from this Maris Otter base malt but it’s not THAT weird…right?
Demi: “Got my mind on your body and your body on my mind”
Us: Yes! you get it! It does have a great body and mouthfeel. That’s the malt!
Demi: “Got a taste for the cherry, I just need to take a bite.”
Us: We aren’t getting cherry…but taste is subjective. Maybe cherry esters from the yeast? Either way, please do not bite your glass.
Demi: “Don't tell your mother”
Us: Ummmmm…
Demi: “Kiss one another”
Us: What the…
Demi: “Die for each other”
Us: Yeah, this is escalating pretty fast.
Demi: “We're cool for the summer”
Us: Ok great, sounds good, can we go now?
Demi: “Take me down into your paradise. Don't be scared…”
