Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5
On tap at the cidery. Pours clear gold with a white head. Very earthy apple aroma. Flavour is very dry and earthy with a nice tannic finish. For a non-funky cider this is really good.
