Pours a lightly hazy, very pale gold, with minimal head. Aroma is bread, grain, malt, rye. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.

Really great pils. The rye gives it a perfect nudge. Wonder rye they didn’t name it Buffalo Ryedeo? Drekker seems pretty big here but I always miss out. I originally felt disappointed to “only” find this pils but I’m glad I did.

16oz can. Rather unique style, the Rye Pils. What seems to be a nice Czech Pils gets taken to a new realm with the Rye malt. Vienna also presumably thicks it out. The classic noble hop tone helps keep it in the realm. Filtered, clean, balanced, very drinkable. Really well executed. different than most anything out there.

16 ounce can from Wine Cellar dePere, 1/24/20. Clear gold, large foamy white head, good retention. Aroma of pale doughy malt and grass. Taste is pale doughy malt, apple, floral hops. Medium bodied. A hint of rye. The rye is very understated to the point that it could just be my imagination. Crisp. Despite the lack of rye, still a solid beer.
