This refreshing beer combines a classic Kolsch's light, crisp profile with the juicy infusion of fresh watermelon and a touch of real lime. Aged on golden agave barrel chips, it captures a subtle, smooth depth reminiscent of a watermelon margarita.

Whole watermelon, lemon-lime soda aroma. Clear pink, thin head. Watermelon, lemon, lime, dry untart. Light body, easy carbonation. Seltzer-y

Can shared by Chalumeaux--thanks, TJ! Lightly hazy honey brown with reddish hue, no sparkle, thin cap of head with ring, and light lacing. Aroma is sweet agave, watermelon, light vanilla. Taste is super strong sweet, sugary watermelon with hint of lime, mild wood. Frothy texture, soft carbonation finish as taste with late dry yeastiness. Interesting, for sure, but hard to find the Kolsch. So sweet it reminds me of a cross between an air freshener, hard candy and urinal puck. Not going to finish.

Aroma is agave plant if I ever smelled it! Maybe a touch of watermelon. Flavor is everything they said. Agave, mild watermelon and a hint of lime in the finish. I could do without the lactose but… they did nail the “watermelon Margarita” character.

Canned March 27, 2025, drunk Aug 13, 2025, compliments of TJ.
Lightly hazy, raspberry-watermelon color with a pinkish-tinged, white head that steadily falls to light cover.
Very floral with watermelon but maybe some agave/tequila vegetal and pepper notes joining in? Certainly don't get anything kolsch-like, but I also don't get the lactose, thankfully. No buttery oak or tannin in the nose.
Watermelon jolly ranchers and more of whatever this floral character is. Reasonable malt and it's well-attenuated, but it's a bit watermelon concentrate-like and I don't really get any rich oakiness. Maybe it's just the floral character they were after, and to be fair, everything is done well here, save the slightly candy-like watermelon.
