Our Nova Scotian Ale brewed with a local Nova Scotia yeast strain from Cape Breton. With a light malt background, this beer has been made to really showcase the yeast. You’ll find tropical fruit such as pineapple, mango & a bit of lemon rind on the finish.

473mL can. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Grainy malts and spicy Belgian yeast on the nose. Flavour has grainy malts, herbal, and a light, spicy Belgian yeast character. Tastes a bit strained. Not as good as I remember, but still pretty decent. And nice to see an NS brewery with a saison in their regular rotation.
