Last year, during our annual trip to Yakima, we had quite the challenge before us - among the lots of Simcoe offered for selection all were simply stellar. Ultimately we opted for a crop from Wyckoff Farms in Grandview, WA that we found to have striking balance and exemplified the hop so well - candied citrus, subtle berry and melon along with some well-placed pine. Simcoe easily ranks among our favorite varieties and we’re thrilled to share this pure expression of some special Simcoe.
