Introducing Project Nova, a Barrel aged Imperial stout , our first barrel-aged release.
We’ve teamed up with the crew over at Neuronova Brewing for this one. For the base, we selected a mix of chocolate and dark malts, then aged it for 18 months in Family Estate Willet rye bourbon barrels. After aging, we blended in three types of coconut and finished it with Madagascar vanilla, creating decadent, layered flavors.
