Bottle shared at Free Beer. Clear golden with a lot of floaters. Honey, yoghurt, doughy, light floral, sour wheat, orange blossom. Medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Meh.

Small white surface over coppery-golden beer, coldhazed and finely carbonated. Vegetable, caramel, putteke, aniseed (the elderflower?), sulphur. Sweet, alcohol, almonds, again a herbal flavour. Alcoholwarming and at least medium bodied; good carbonation. Honey, elderflower, high alcohol... and yet almost zero complexity. Can do better. Txs to Stef!
