Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Hazy a bit pale golden color, full sized a bit rough white head that lasts for quite a long while and leaves fair to good lacing. Smell and taste wheat, yeasty, a hint of citrus peel, hint of peach, slightly brett. Average body and quite soft carbonation.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out brett, feet, stone fruits, and spices. Flavour brings out massive brett notes, along with astringent bitterness and feety funk. Complex and well-balanced - unusual character here with the bitterness. Excellent.

750ml bottle pours out a hazy golden topped with a white head. Nose is lemon grass hops spice and a nice floral touch. Taste is more of the lemon zest and some spice.

Bottle - Grassy, tart lemon and great funk. Cloudy yellow gold with a decent white head. So funky and stone fruit. Very nice.
