Bottle 750ml. @ [ Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015 (TEODRBSG15) ] - fonefan & Brugmansia House, Denmark. [ As Monkish Selah ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, pineapple, light leather - funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average to long duration, fruity, funky, tart notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma of light citrus, peppery saison yeast, light funk, wood and spice. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Sampled @ Danish Summer Gathering 2015 Sehr trübes goldgelbes Bier mit einer großen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch säuerlich malzig, Gewürze, Brett, trocken. Geschmack zitronig, Orangen, hefig, süß, minimal säuerlich, gut!

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are fruits, brett, vegetables, pepper, malt and hops. Easy drinkable. Nice and refreshing.
