Really tasty. Apparently based on a medieval recipe, but this "Gruit" says it uses spices -- no herbs are mentioned in the ingredients. Gruit is all about herbs, so I'm a bit confused. Doesn't taste incredibly unusual, but maybe I'm used to Fantôme 😆
