An Elephant breaks a tusk; what is left? One tusk, or a singular point of focus. This was the first beer Jeff made after leaving the corporate career behind in order to dedicate himself to brewing full time. A singular point of focus.
With history going way back to the home brew days (“VT-4”), this beer and its name are very special to us. It exhibits huge flavors of stone fruit and pineapple and we hope you enjoy.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt yellow color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head, dissipated nicely to leave some messy lace
Aroma: nice bittersweet citrusy hop tones, subtle grassy hoppiness underneath, subtle malts
Flavor: bittersweet through all the aromas, mellow aftertaste of citrusy hops
Texture: medium bodied, some sessionability about it, semi-smooth along tongue; finishes citrusy and semi-dry
Overall: nicely done NEPA or APA well worthy of having again.

On tap as part of a flight at the brewery. Opaque dark yellow-light brown with ring of head and light lacing. Aroma is citrus. Taste is citrus, bready malt. Frothy texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Subtle
aroma and not complex. Frothy.
