Capped 750 from Cap Tap. Pours light gold with a large creamy/foamy white head. Aromas of Brett, citrus and maybe pale stone fruits. Med body or so. Flavor is citrus, Brett, musty wood, and undecipherable (for me) other fruits. Pleasingly sour in a moderate way. Quite tasty and refreshing.

Sergey’s hunt
Hazy golden color. Mild aroma, a bit sour, hints of wildflower honey. Nice arbonation level, elegant malts, a bit funky and astringent, with notes of lemon peel, balanced and elegant.

750ml bottle from Elizabeth Station at Alex’s shared with Jamey. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity, slightly soapy, woody, bretts. Similar tasts. A little bit thin at the end, but still good.

750 months bottle. Pours a hazy amber with full head. Bottle gusher. Aromas of oranges, a lot of cottony Brett, old woody barrel and wet grain. Flavors of same, take out the orange and replace with tart stoned fruit. Refreshing though lots of carbonation. Nice

Bottle at Prefunk -Nampa, RBSG bus stop, thank to Ryan. Hazy yellow pour, abundant foamy head. Very strong sour notes in the aroma, brett and barrel (just like the name). Taste is pretty straight forward brett sour and funk, tart but smooth.

Cloudy, thin head. Tan. Big brett nose with bready sweetness. Good balance, sweet, lots of brett and tartness. If you know the HM character, you get a sense from that lousy description, I suppose, but otherwisie it’s a tough beer to pin down..

On tap at Holy Mountain, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out dry oak, toasted biscuity malt and very subtle funk from the brett. Flavour is along the same lines, with a wonderful oaky and light bretty notes. Nicely constructed, with a bretty oaky finish. Excellent.
