Draft pour at Holy Mountain, Seattle. Very nice to see this come back for a sophomore season. Golden orange pour with a thin, oily head. Orange, Brett, and soft oak aroma, as expected, but exceeding. Tart right up front, sour orange and lemon zest. Huge citrus, with a creamy, lingering sour. 8/10 softness. An excellent saison here, and one that clearly stands out in their lineup. Solid

At the Belgrade-Serbia tasting on 31/10/2015. Bottle courtesy of luttonm, many thanks. Pours bright golden cloudy color, gassy medium white foamy head. Nose: citric (young) brett, much orange, sweet tangerine. Mouth: frizzy carbonation, a bit too young and tart, needs time to improve, brett is alive but promising after aging a bit more.
