“Cross Road” is a collaboration between Bend, Oregon based “Crux Fermentation Project” and “Stewart Brewing” from Edinburgh, Scotland. This transatlantic brew takes inspiration from both sides of the pond. A robust malty scotch ale base, truck loads of USA hops then aged on scotch whisky oak and a brand new experimental hop variety from Oregon. This beer takes the best of Scottish and American brewing techniques to give a unique and intriguing twist on a classic style.
