Lots of prunes and raisins. Nice body and a soft ish carbonation. Oily texture. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Decent beer, although it was not actually my cup of Baltic porter.

At a tasting, thanks rlgk, small stable brown creamy head, very deep brown color, aroma of toasted dark bread, carob, cocoa and charred notes, flavor of dark bread, chocolate, mud and a hint of prunes, smooth and not too heavy, just a little too sweet. Good and really enjoyable.

Draft at the rover Gothenburg. Aroma is nice rich coffee roast and ash, some sweet milky sugars, dried fruits, some vanilla. Jet black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Flavour is composed of milky sweet toast, lactose, some toasted coconut, red berries, slight ashy roast. Palate is medium sweet, medium full, moderate carbonation. Nice fruit and roast . Later some jammy fruits develop.

330 ml bottle from my EU Secret Summer Santa _angst_, thanks!
Dark brown body, with a big, unstable, dense, coffee-colored head.
Aroma of cocoa, liquorice, wood, coffee, some dark fruits, some soy sauce.
Taste follows this, with additional dark chocolate, some toast.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes roasty, quite dry, subtly sweet, a bit wooden, with cocoa, liquorice, soy sauce, some coffee.

Nice one. Nothing special overall, a quite typical, straight style example. Well balanced and hiding the ABV well. I’m just missing a bit more character.

0,33l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. Batch 02. BB 2016.09.10. black color, small tan head. smells of sherry, spices, licorice, light dried fruits, light alcohol, raisins, earthy. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of sherry, earthy, licorice, even lightly smokey, some dried fruits, bit alcoholic, spices. finishes a bit alcoholic with notes of sherry, spices, a bit earthy. good stuff, feels more heavy than 7.5%, overall I like some roast notes in my dark beers, but even without this beer is very good..
