Sample at the taproom. Hazy copper-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lace. Aroma of fruit, earthy hop and malt. Medium body with flavors of fruity hops, caramel malt and pine. The finish is mildly bitter with a piney hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can from Bine & Vine. Pours clear dark copper with a slight tan head. Aroma of pine with some slightly roasty caramel support. Med body or so. Flavor is slightly roasty caramel with citrus or pine and a significant dose of spice. I call this an amber, but there's a lot of hop, and I'm not getting any chocolate, so that's ok. Makes for a change.

On tap at Second Chance Beer Lounge. Hazy amber with a small head. Aroma of hops, fruit and some nuts. The same in the taste, also some caramel. The finish was medium bitter.

Draft at the source. Hazy amber color. Burnt caramel and pine aroma. Taste is bittersweet caramel. Tasty.
