Sample at the taproom. This beer is a clear straw-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lace. Aroma of tart citrus, wheat and malt. Light to medium-bodied with flavors of salty lemon, wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft - Saline and lemon. Pale gold with a nice white head. Sour and nice aggressive saline andlemon notes.
