On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of red wine must, oak, and wild yeast. Flavour is complex, with a lovely grape zest character upfront, followed by wine must, light oak and brett. Dry and vinous on the finish. I like better than the average. Really nice.

On draught at Winking Lizard Westerville during the "Barrel Aged Beer Mini Fest" on 05/20/2016. The beer is a hazy straw color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of vine fruit, yeast and malt. Light to medium body with flavors of vinous oak, mildly funky yeast and malt, plus a touch of hops. The finish is fruity and oaky with a red grape aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at Cellar 3. It pours a pale golden color with a white head. The aroma is nice with soft tangerine, a little wine and toasty/phenolic funk. The flavor is mildly tart with some alcohol, tangerine and wine. More alcohol and oak in the finish. The alcohol borders on harshness, but doesn’t quite cross the line. Just ok.
