An approachable kettle sour, veering more towards the pleasantly tart end of the spectrum. A range of pale malts bring a touch of sweetness for balance.

On keg at the Hanging Bat. Appearance - clear golden orange. Thin head. Nose - struck match and chicken skin. No fruit mainly the sulphur note. Taste - more sulphur but some fresh orange breaking through this time. Palate - light bodied and tangy but overcome by the sulphur note. Overall - not a good experience.
