Baltic Porter - dark, strong lager which is Polish "treasure beer". Classic version of Baltic Porter (with Plato extract around 20°) is brewed with a few Polish breweries. We, as PINTA, respect a value of Polish treasure but at the same time we go extra mile to create our own vision of classical beer. We are proud to present Imperator Bałtycki (Baltic Emperor) - dark giant made of malts and hops. PINTA Imperator Bałtycki - festive beer.

Bottle shared thanks to Mrk. Very dark brown with big dark beige head. Lots of fresh German hops up front, pure citra hops, some lime and grass, flowers, dark chocolate, fudge and toffee, syrupy, vanilla, marijuana, creamy milk chocolate. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied with lovely mouth coating carbonation and super soft creamy feel. Super hoppy great Baltic porter with incredible mouthfeel, massive.

330 ml bottle at home thanks to Douberd! Black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, fruity, dark dried fruits, plums, raisins, chocolate, licorice, coffee, light caramel, some wood and smoked notes, light alcohol. Sweet and biter taste like aroma but even better. Almost full silky oily to creamy body with soft carbonation.

Keg at PiwPaw, Warsaw. Near black, small beige head. Rich aroma of licorice and tobacco. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Licorice dominates. Quite hoppy. Salty with notes of molasses. More hops than depth. Really bitter finish.

Warka 23.06.2017r.

Dark ruby pour with a tiny head that goes away quickly. Smells like dark cherries, dark chocolate, raisins and whiskey. The taste is bitter, with notes of dark cherries, sherry, whiskey barrel, dark chocolate. Medium body and a hot and spicy aftertaste. A bit too heavy on the alcohol, but other than that, excellent beer.

0.33 l bottle from ’De Bierkoning’, best before June 2016. Clear, very dark red to black with a huge, creamy, almost stable, brown head. Intense, fruity-roasty aroma of mango, passion fruit, raisins, prunes, dark chocolate and coffee. Very intense, sweetish-bitter, fruity taste of mango, raisins, prunes, dark chocolate, praliné and some coffee, followed by a medium long, roasty-bitter, coffeeish finish. Full body, very creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very complex, really creamy, super-intense and absolutely tasty as well. Great!
