Imperial Café Racer is the second entry in the #DPBC Collaboration Series and was brewed at Devil’s Peak in collaboration with renowned Scottish brewery Fierce Beer. This beer is a Burundi Heza Gishubi coffee infused Imperial porter finished with Ugandan vanilla. Dark brown with a creamy tan head and the aroma of fresh espresso coffee backed with a full complement of vanilla. Subtle red berries on the palate support a luscious and velvety mouthfeel. Very low bitterness.
