On tap at Council, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out oak, some vinous notes, and some citrus. Flavour is lightly tart, with oak, grainy notes, wild yeast and acid. Fairly acidic on the finish, with an oaky citric finish. Fun stuff but a bit abrasive.

Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is oak, funk, lemon, vinegar. Thin body, oak, leather, vinegar, lemon zest, nice tartness, very good.

(Tap sample @ Council, Apr ’17) Pours a hazy dark gold with a white head. Notes of lemons, tart pale pit fruit, soft lactic yoghurt, grainy malt, light vanilla, moderately oaky and tannic, hint of acetic acid, moderately sour with an off dry finish. Light body, soft carbonation. Lacks some heft in flavour but I don’t find it abrasively sour either. Decent stuff.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden orange with a near white head taht dissipates completely. Aroma has a a combination of tart fruits and yogurt with some grains underlying. Flavor has notes pineapple and acidic light fruits with a hint of yogurt and sweet grains.

Bottle at Salud courtesy of Jamie, thank you sir! Big gusher. Nice tannic aroma. Taste is softly sour lemon, tannins, vanilla. This one changed my mind about Council.
