The OG of all OG’s. This IPA is one of the original recipes that owners Tim and Carson brewed in 5-gallon garage batches when Booneshine was just a conversation. Firm but not overpowering hop bitterness is balanced by a solid base of English and German Malts. All of your classic IPA flavors are nailed – pine, citrus, herbal, and just a touch of boozy warmth to back it all up. This IPA will scratch the itch of any hop head.

Draft at Pour Taproom in Durham. Golden pour, heady. Flavor is tart grapefruit rind, but somewhat bland (not quite stale) hops. Meh.
