A Sapwood smoothie sour... what a time to be alive! Inspired by Strawberry Daiquiri, we loaded this batch with strawberry puree, Strawberry Dole Whip, fresh lime zest, and rum flavoring. It's sweet with a thick texture from all of the puree and soft serve, with the lime cutting through the sweetness! Roll the can before opening to ensure an even texture in the glass!

16 ounce can. Aroma is huge, natural strawberry with a hint of lime. The flavor is natural strawberry throughout the sip with subtle lime, mild rum flavoring in the finish. Texture is thick yet smooth and does show a very mild tartness after the sip. For the Smoothie style it’s quite remarkable. It really resembles a cocktail. Quite delicious.
