This 100% Pear is a first for Creek & Gully! It is fragrant, floral, unctuous with a hint of sweetness. Made with two different dessert pears - Anjou and Bartlett - this cider is years in the making. How to ferment something naturally, that doesn't want to naturallly ferment - lots of love!

750mL bottle, pours a hazy pale golden blonde with a medium white head. Aroma reveals soft, floral pears, farmhouse notes, and a touch of champagne-like effervescence. Flavour has a nice champagne-like character, tons of pears, moderate sweetness, and moderate carbonation. Good carb and complexity but I’d want less sweetness. Good but the apple version was better.
