This was a concoction that was to purposely test the Professional-Amateur team of brewers’ skill sanctioned by the Arizona Homebrewers Society (ASH) for 2024.
The recipe consists of high end German Pilsner Malt with Scottish Flaked Oats (instead of the usual Rice option) combined with Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops.

This is a Scottish take on an Pre-Prohibition American Pilsner.
