A summer Gose brewed with strawberry and Alphonso mango purée, balanced by blackthorn sea salt and a touch of coriander. Bright, lightly tart, and bursting with fruit made for warm summers days.

Appearance - deep murky purple with a fizzy pinkish-white head.
Nose - funk, an edge of salt, dank and strawberry. The mango is more subtle.
Taste - sweet strawberry leading into salt and spice, there is an undernote of what could be pulped mango flesh.
Palate - medium bodied, sweet middle, dry salty and fairly persistent finish.
Overall - strawberry isn't really a grown up fruit, so not one for putting in beer, in my opinion. However, this has carried itself pretty well.
