Poise & Rationality is a defiant West Coast IPA brewed with blend of Chinook Dynaboost, Simcoe, Citra in the Kettle and then dry hopped with simcoe cryo, citra, comet & talus hyperboost. Crisp bitterness holds steady like a well-composed chorus, while the notes of passionfruit, crushed pine needles, tangerine marmalade & a resinous finish combine in perfect harmony. Can from Tavour. Pours gold with a transient white head. Aroma is complex - pine/citrus/resin. Med body. Fairly dry and moderately bitter. Flavor is pine/citrus/resin. Also some tropical fruit I can't identify. Good flavor.

Tavour: gold with white head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit. Taste is moderately bitter. Not too sharp but hefty. Clean, with nice aftertaste. Solid. Enjoyable.
