Imperial Stout with Double Vanilla, Double Cinnamon, & Double Cocoa.
The Inspiration for this beer was a recent trip to Costa Rica. My favorite place I've visited so far. Just so much wildlife and incredible plants it is truly a special place. While in Costa Rica I took a cooking class and learned how to cook some Costa Rican dishes from a wonderful lady named Christina. We soon became friends and really had a connection. She showed me all her fruit trees. Everything from Banana trees to star fruit trees. But my absolute favorite were her cocoa tree, Cinnamon tree, and vanilla orchid. What better way to celebrate with new friends then make a beer in their honor. This one is for the real jaguar warrior!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7.5
12 ounce can, 4/20/25. Black, medium tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, coffee, cinnamon, chocolate. Taste is roast, chocolate, spice. Hint of vanilla in the finish. Decent balance.
