South Pacific Pale Ale
Kipling was the first UK beer to use the exquisite Nelson Sauvin hop from New Zealand. We brew this as a SMASH (Single Malt and Single Hop) using the heritage Maris Otter as a base malt which works to allow the complex flavour of this hop to really shine through. There is a grassy, grapefruit character on the nose, followed by passionfruit and mango. It finishes with a balanced and thirst-quenching bitterness.

Bottle @ Setka Pub, Poznan, Poland. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of hops, citrus and bear fart released under a palm tree. Intense hoppy flavour with notes of citrus fruit. Bitter aftertaste. Not bad. Quite decent, actually.

A light yellow beer with an almost medium and white head. The nose is tropical and tastefull, mangos, some fructose, biscuits and some gooseberries. Taste is biscuity malty, quite high bitterness, mangos, some citrusfruits, gooseberry bush and pine. Medium- bodied, slightly harsh carbonation, fresh. Good and fresh beer, lots of bitterness served with tropical fruits and balanced biscuity malts.

Modest smell of hops. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma of flowers, hops, citrus. Surprisingly sour, slightly though, also slightly bitter. Flat carbon.

Bottled 500ml. -from Ljubljanski Festival Piva, Slovenia. Yellow coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, hops and pretty sharp methane in the nose. Slight malty, fresh hoppy and mild citrusy notes. Dry bitter finish. Slightly watery but pleasant.

Ogi’s, probably from Slovenia. Poured a clear golden-yellowb body with a lasting medium sized white head. Umm... my notes say "methane & aroma hop" for the aroma... Ok. Elder too, citric notes underneath. Empty taste, light orange, grain, some light citric notes, earthy finish, tropical notes pile up later on. An ale for lager drinkers, but hardly a bad beer.

Dobre tresciwe piwo mocno goryczkowe jak IPA. Piana zadowalajaca, puszysta i w miare trwala. Kolor Jak lagera zloty i prawie klarowny, odrobine zamglony. Pelny chmielowy smak i tresc.

Bottle at home from waitrose. . crystal clear golden straw thin white head. Big aroma of grapes and kiwi. Flavour is grainy malt, with grassy hops and chalky water profile. Finish has that burnt clutch that I get from nelson sauvin. Firm grassy bitterness. Really nice hop forward pale ale.
